Standard Double Opening Skirt

A basic skirt pattern that can be used for everything from a camp skirt to a ballgown bottom.  The waistband utilizes double openings which makes the skirt adjustable for waistline changes.
This is a great skirt for a growing daughter, as 2-4 inches can be planned into the waistband and growth tucks can be planned into the length., giving room for several years of growth.  Information is given on skirt lengths and hem choices. Sizing:
          This pattern includes sizing for all waistlines and 90, 120, and 160 inch hoop sizes, a truly adjustable pattern.
